- Information you give us: Name, email address, company or brand name, social profile links, and any message or scope details you submit through our inquiry forms, discovery calls, or direct email.
- Client project assets: Raw video footage (
.mov,.mp4), audio takes, voice memos, reference links, and scripts shared with us via cloud storage links to edit and deliver your videos. - Billing data: Invoicing details, billing address, and tax information (where required) shared to process service retainers. We do not collect or store credit card details or bank passwords; payments are handled through external payment processors or direct bank transfers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited, collected automatically when you browse this site.
3. How we use it
We use this information to:
- Review your project scope, prepare editing proposals, and communicate with you.
- Edit, process, and deliver your vertical Reels and video assets inside Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Issue invoices and comply with Indian accounting and tax obligations.
- Deliver requested free resources or occasional practical updates on video retention (which you can opt out of at any time).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or client video footage to third parties or data brokers.
4. Who we disclose it to and how
We share information only where strictly necessary, via encrypted connections or secure third-party platforms:
- Cloud storage providers: Google Drive and Dropbox to receive raw client footage and deliver completed video exports.
- Hosting and communication providers: Google Workspace (Gmail) and web hosting infrastructure to receive inquiries and manage client correspondence.
- Payment processors and accountants: Regulated payment gateways and accounting tools for invoicing and statutory compliance.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities: Where disclosure is required by applicable Indian law or legal process.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site may use lightweight analytics or cookies to measure website traffic and understand which blog articles are read. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time without losing access to the website.
6. Security practices
We protect your information using HTTPS/TLS encryption across our website, access-controlled cloud storage, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication on all hosting, drive, and email accounts. Access to raw client footage is strictly restricted to Hemavarman M.
7. Retention
- Enquiry data: Contact form submissions and inquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact.
- Raw video footage and project files: Due to high local storage requirements, raw phone takes, project files, and working drafts are kept for 30 calendar days following the delivery of your final cut to facilitate minor trims or re-exports. After 30 days, working video assets may be deleted.
- Client invoices and accounting records: Kept for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically up to eight years).
8. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
